1. Set smoker to 275 degrees
2. Add any dry rub to ribs
3. Put directly on smoker bone down for 2 hours
4. Lay butter, honey, and brown sugar on a piece of tin foil
5. Put ribs bone up on that tin foil
6. Line the rib cage with more butter/brown sugar/honey
7. Wrap up and put back on smoker for another 2 hours
Should be done after that.
The ribs in the tinfoil should feel fairly malleable.
If you have a temp probe, the internal temp should be over 204. If it's not, I wouldn't pull it off quite yet.
