Apple Dumplings

Dough Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour
3/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 C butter
1/2 C milk

Sauce Ingredients:
1 1/2 C Sugar
1 1/2 C Water
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 C Butter

4-5 Apples

Directions:

Make dough, then divide dough into six even balls.  Roll each into a 1/4" square.  Cut up apples into chunks and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and butter.  Place 5-6 apple chunks onto each square.  Fold up corners and place into a 9X13 dish.  Combine ingredients (excluding butter) for the sauce, and cook together for 5 minutes on the stove. Add butter to sauce and cook until it melts.  Pour sauce over dumplings.  Bake 35 minutes at 375
