Ingredients
2 c water
1/4 c olive oil
1 c honey
3 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp wheat gluten
1 T dough enhancer
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients, adding baking powder last. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes in cake pan. Top with one jar unsweetened applesauce. Serve warm.
