Homemade Granola



Ingredients:
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2/3 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup nuts (Your pick: sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, pecans)
  • 1/3 cup wheat germ
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 T molasses or honey

Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients.  Combine last 3 ingredients.  Mix together well.  Spread loosely in oblong pan.  Bake at 325F for 20 minutes
