Grama's Bran Muffins

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 qt buttermilk
5 c flour
3 c sugar
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 c oil
1 (15 oz) box raisin bran

Directions

Beat eggs and blend with buttermilk.  Add flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.  Mix in oil and bran flakes.  Refrigerate for 24 hours.  Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes

**buttermilk--1 tsp vinegar for each cup of milk needed.  Let sit 5 minutes
