Directions
Cut 6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled, in 1/2 inch slices; or use 1 lg can of sweet potatoes. Layer potatoes in buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole dish with 3/4 c brown sugar, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 c butter, ending with sugar and butter. Bake uncovered at 375 30 minutes or until glazed. Add 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows last 5 minutes; brown slightly. Serves 6
