Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 T butter
- 2 1/2 T flour
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Cups milk
- 1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese (grated)
Directions:
Heat milk. In seperate pan, melt butter, then add flour and garlic powder. Mix well. Add milk and whisk until lump-free. Simmer and stir until thickened. Add cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. May also add chicken or other meats.
