Microwave Peanut Brittle

In a microwave-safe glass bowl, stir together 1 c sugar and 1/2 c Karo syrup.  Cook for 3 minutes in microwave on high.  Add 1 cup raw peanuts and cook for 3 minutes.  Add 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp vanilla and cook for 2 minutes or until golden.  Stir in 1 tsp Baking soda and pour onto greased cookie sheet.
