Ingredients:
- 1 T yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 T sugar
- 3-4 cups flour (start with 3, add more if needed)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Toppings: parmesan, garlic salt, onion powder, Italian seasoning
Combine yeast, water, and sugar. Let it sit for 3 minutes (or until yeast is bubbly). Add the flour and salt. Mix and knead for 3-5 minutes (until elastic). Roll out until the dough is 1/2 inch thick. Cut it into strips 4 inch X 1 inch. Dip each sip in melted butter ad place in greased cookie sheet. To heavily with spices and let it rise 15-30 minutes. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
