Ingredients:
- 2 cup cooked, cubed chicken (3 breasts)
- 2 cans diced green chilies
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mild green enchilada sauce
- 10--12 flour tortillas
Directions:
Mix sauce together. Spread small amount (just enough to coat bottom of 9x13 casserole dish. Heat each tortilla on both sides in fry pan and then place about 2 T of filling down middle of tortilla and tightly roll up and place in casserole dish. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350F for
15-20 minutes.
