Chicken Enchiladas

Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup cooked, cubed chicken (3 breasts)
  • 2 cans diced green chilies
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mild green enchilada sauce
  • 10--12 flour tortillas
Sauce:  1/2 cup sour cream, 2 cup cream of chicken soup, 1 cup enchilada sauce, 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Mix sauce together.  Spread small amount (just enough to coat bottom of 9x13 casserole dish.  Heat each tortilla on both sides in fry pan and then place about 2 T of filling down middle of tortilla and tightly roll up and place in casserole dish.  Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.  Bake at 350F for
15-20 minutes.
