Ingredients:
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
- 2 lb ground beef
- 3/4 Cup plain dry bread crumbs/ 1 1/2 Cup fresh crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 Cup water
- 1/3 Cup Ketchup
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Shape into loaf, and put in large loaf pan
Mix sauce ingredients (below) and spread on top of meat loaf.
Sauce: 1/3 Cup ketchup, 3 T brown sugar, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Bake uncovered 60--70 minutes
