 Thanksgiving Smoked Meatloaf


  • 2 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 tbls olive oil
  • salt/pepper
  • 1.5 cups turkey stuffing mix*
  • 1.5 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup whole cranberry sauce

Combine ketchup/cranberry sauce, heat until mixed set aside and cool.

Saute the onions and celery in olive oil/salt/pepper until they start to soften(or to your liking). Add garlic cook for a minute, let cool.

Combine everything and add 1 cup of the ketchup/cranberry mixture. Mix and form a loaf, put remaining glaze on top.

Smoke until internal reaches 170.

*If the bread and seasonings are separate, mix them prior to adding. You could do the math with the seasoning packet but it's just as easy to mix them and get your 1.5 cups, just dig to the bottom to get max seasoning. I cooked the leftover stuffing according to directions just cut back on the liquid.
