Ingredients
3-4 chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
6 scallops
cooked shrimp (as many as you want)
1 can diced peas and carrots
salt
pinch of saffron
4 c rice
2 c water for each c of rice
1 4oz can tomato sauce
Directions
Heat the oil. Add the chicken and let if fry for a couple of minutes. Add the peppers, onion, scallops, and shrimp and let it cook for a couple minutes. Ad rice, peas and carrots, tomato sauce, water, salt and saffron. Cook for 20 minutes until rice is done.
