Grama's Cheese Soup

Ingredients

3 carrots, grated
1 finely chopped onion
1 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
12 chicken boullion cubes
1 cube butter
1 1/2 c flour
1 (16oz) jar cheese whiz

Directions

Combine carrots, onion and cabbage in a large pan (1 gal capacity) with enough water to cover.  Simmer until tender.  Add enough water to make 1 gal of soup (8-10 cups) and  chicken boullion cubes. In a separate bowl, melt butter and combine with flour.  Once thoroughly combined, add to soup.  Simmer 5 minutes or until thickened.  Add cheez Whiz.  Simmer 20 minutes.
