Ingredients
1 9-inch pie shell
3 eggs
1 c corn syrup
1/2 c sugar
4 T butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 c pecan halves
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat them slightly. Add corn syrup sugar, melted butter, and vanilla; blend well. Stir in pecans. Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 and continue baking for 15-20 minutes.
